Thank you for your interest in Gibson Creek Apartments! We are a Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) community offering quality apartment homes for households that meet program income guidelines. We also accept Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers.
The information below outlines the general income guidelines and documentation you’ll need to determine if Gibson Creek may be a good fit for you. While this isn’t a complete list of every possible scenario, it will give you a clear starting point, and we’re always available to answer questions.
Income Requirements
To qualify, applicants must meet two income criteria:
1. Minimum Income Requirement
Applicants must meet our minimum income standard, which is three (3) times the monthly rent. To view current rental pricing & availability please visit our Floor Plans page. Your leasing specialist will also review the minimum income requirement with you during the application process.
2. LIHTC Maximum Annual Income Limits
Your household’s gross annual income must fall below the LIHTC income limits shown below.

All household income counts, including wages, child support, Social Security, disability benefits, retirement income, and any other recurring assistance.
